Purpose-built tool for general aviation pilots with real FAA/NWS integration; solves critical preflight decision problem for specialized niche.

// ABOUT

GoNoGo is a real-time preflight decision support tool for general aviation pilots. Enter your departure, destination, and any waypoints — GoNoGo pulls real time weather from official FAA and NWS sources and gives you a clear FAVORABLE, MARGINAL, or NO-GO recommendation. RISK GAUGES At-a-glance arc gauges show ceiling, visibility, wind, crosswind, and trend at your destination, plus icing and convective hazards along your route. Each gauge is rated against your personal minimums. PERSONAL MINIMUMS Set your own ceiling, visibility, wind, gust, and crosswind limits. GoNoGo rates every briefing against your minimums — not one-size-fits-all thresholds. 72-HOUR TRAVEL WINDOW Not flying right now? GoNoGo scans the next 72 hours of forecasts to find the earliest safe departure window across your entire route. ROUTE WATCHING Set a route to watch and GoNoGo checks conditions in the background every few hours. When the outlook changes — from FAVORABLE to MARGINAL, or NO-GO back to FAVORABLE — you get a push notification. WEATHER SOURCES - METARs, TAFs, PIREPs, AIRMETs, and SIGMETs from aviationweather.gov - TFRs from the FAA - NOTAMs (airport closures, nav aid outages, GPS outages) - NWS gridpoint forecasts: ceiling, visibility, wind, thunder probability, and ice accumulation out to 72 hours HAZARD ANALYSIS Icing (zero tolerance for freezing precipitation, temperature-based risk assessment), IFR/LIFR conditions, convective activity, turbulence, high winds, TFRs, and relevant NOTAMs — all identified, rated, and explained in plain language. GoNoGo is a decision support tool only. It is not a substitute for official weather briefings and is not approved for operational or navigational use. The pilot in command is solely responsible for all go/no-go decisions. (14 CFR §91.103, §91.3) https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stditunes/
