Xeraflow — Cycle & Wellness Tracker Track your menstrual cycle with clarity, care, and complete privacy. Xeraflow helps you understand your body by predicting your period, ovulation, and fertile window — all calculated on your device, with no internet connection required and no data ever leaving your phone. Cycle Tracking Xeraflow uses the clinically established Knaus-Ogino method to calculate your ovulation (cycle length minus 14 days) and fertile window (the five days leading up to ovulation). Each month is displayed on a color-coded calendar showing your menstrual, follicular, ovulatory, and luteal phases at a glance. The app predicts your next six cycles so you can plan ahead with confidence. Personal Diary Log how you feel every day. Record your mood across eight states, track up to twelve symptoms including cramps, headaches, bloating, and mood swings, note your flow intensity, basal body temperature, weight, water intake, and hours of sleep. Every entry is stored privately on your iPhone. Insights Review your average cycle length, period duration, regularity score, most frequent symptoms, and mood trends over time. Export your complete diary history as a CSV file to share with your gynecologist. Guided Breathing Three breathing programs help you manage stress and menstrual discomfort: Calm (4-1-4 rhythm), Energize (6-2-4 rhythm), and Sleep (4-7-8 rhythm). Each session features a fully animated geometric flower that expands and contracts with your breath, guiding sessions from one to ten minutes. Reminders Set local notifications for your upcoming period and ovulation, with a customizable number of days in advance. If you take a daily contraceptive pill, a daily reminder is available in your profile. Five Languages The full app experience is available in Italian, English, Spanish, French, and German, selectable from the first launch screen. Privacy by Design Xeraflow has no backend servers, no user accounts, no analytics, and no advertising. Your health data is never transmitted, sold, or shared. The only way data leaves the app is if you choose to export it yourself.
