Cadence is a personal training journal built around a calendar. Whether you lift, do CrossFit, run, or train on your own programme, Cadence gives you a fast, flexible way to log what you did, plan what's ahead, and see your training at a glance. THE CALENDAR IS YOUR HOME Every session lives on the calendar. Completed workouts, planned sessions, rest days, and recovery days are all visible at once, so you can see your training history and what's coming up without digging through lists. LOG A WORKOUT IN UNDER 60 SECONDS Tap a date, add a title, write your notes, and save. No rigid sets-and-reps forms. No mandatory fields. Free-text notes are a first-class feature, so you can write exactly what you did in exactly the way you think about it. You come back to fill in the results as well.
