Acceptance
By downloading, installing, or using any Shy Guy LLC application ("Apps"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Apps.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Apps on devices you own. This license is subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Purchases
Our Apps are available as one-time purchases through the Apple App Store. No subscriptions. No recurring charges. Prices are set in the App Store and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.
Your Data
You own your data. Everything you create in our Apps (configurations, documents, scans, requests) belongs to you and stays on your device. We don't have access to it, can't read it, and can't recover it if you delete it.
Network Tools
Apps like NetOps, LEO, Gantry, and Tapir connect to servers and services you configure. You are responsible for having authorization to access those systems. Don't use our tools to probe, scan, or access systems you don't own or have permission to test.
Scrip x402
Scrip x402 involves real USDC cryptocurrency transactions on the Base, Polygon, Arbitrum, Ethereum, and Optimism blockchains. Transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for understanding the costs and risks. Shy Guy LLC is not responsible for lost funds, failed transactions, or blockchain network issues.
No Warranty
Our Apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee accuracy of network diagnostics, SSL checks, domain expiry dates, privacy scans, or any other output. Use your judgment.
Limitation of Liability
Shy Guy LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Apps. This includes but is not limited to: data loss, service outages, incorrect scan results, failed network connections, or cryptocurrency losses.
Intellectual Property
Shy Guy LLC owns all rights to our Apps, branding, code, and design. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute our Apps outside of the App Store.
Termination
We reserve the right to remove Apps from the App Store at any time. Purchased Apps will continue to function on your device.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of our Apps constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
