Extractor is a focused utility for technical users who already have a file containing a list of direct HTTP/HTTPS URLs and need to save the referenced files in one batch. Open a text file, PDF, HTML page or any other supported document. Extractor scans it, finds every HTTP and HTTPS link inside, and saves the referenced files in batch — one tap, one organised folder. HOW IT WORKS 1. Open a file containing links (.txt, .pdf, .html, .json, .csv, .xml, .md, .log). 2. Extractor pulls every URL it finds. 3. Tap "Get All" and watch your files arrive in a timestamped folder, visible in the Files app. TYPICAL FILES • Documents (PDF, TXT, DOCX, Markdown) • Datasets and structured data (JSON, CSV, XML) • Web archives and reference pages (HTML) • Public technical assets referenced in logs or build outputs GREAT FOR • Researchers fetching dataset listings or public reference material • Developers and sysadmins archiving files referenced in logs or build artefacts • Technical writers mirroring documentation indexes • Anyone working with text files that already list direct URLs to public resources PROTECTED FILES (LOGIN SUPPORT) Some files sit behind a sign-in. Extractor includes a built-in browser: log in once, and the app stores your session cookies for that domain. Future requests to that site go through automatically. You can review and remove saved cookies at any time from the Cookie Manager. ORGANISED, OFFLINE, ON YOUR DEVICE • Each batch goes into its own timestamped folder, visible in the Files app. • Files are saved with a unique prefix so names never collide. • Everything stays on device — no account, no upload, no tracking. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO • Extractor is not a media ripper. It only fetches files served at direct URLs and does not extract content from streaming, social or video platforms (such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and similar services). • It is not designed for, and must not be used to, save copyrighted music, video or other media without explicit permission from the rights holder. • It does not bypass DRM or paywalls, and it cannot solve CAPTCHAs. • It does not execute JavaScript, so links generated dynamically by a page may not be reachable. • Some servers block automated requests; in that case the affected link is marked as failed and you can retry it.
