Clinic Question Cards is a paid, local-first notebook for preparing questions to bring to appointments. Add rows with question, topic, context note, asked note, reference note, answer note, priority, checklist state, and status. Review rows that are draft, prepared, need context, ask today, or answered, then copy or share a CSV when you choose. The app is intentionally manual and private. It does not require an account, use the camera, scan barcodes, scan QR codes, OCR labels, import medical records, connect to clinic accounts, connect to patient portals, connect to EHR systems, connect to insurers, connect to pharmacies, connect to banks, connect to cards, or connect to payment accounts. It does not diagnose, treat, triage, provide medical advice, provide emergency guidance, use ads, use analytics SDKs, track you, cloud sync, or upload entries to an external server.
