Footswitch to Midi configures the Miditemp FSM (FootSwitch to Midi) conveniently via System Exclusive (SysEx) – straight from your Mac, iPhone or iPad. Use it to extend a keyboard or sequencer with footswitches and pedals. The FSM has two digital inputs (Switch 1/2) and two analog inputs (Pedal 1/2); version 2 adds Switch 3/4. When actuated, it sends the MIDI messages you define. Features: • Configure switches and pedals – simple and advanced mode • Switch: one MIDI message with behaviour (momentary, toggle, on press only) or – advanced – multiple messages with separate on/off datasets • Pedal: Control Change with invert option or – advanced – position mapping (also for SysEx) • Supports FSM version 1 and version 2 (switchable in Settings) • MIDI monitor: shows the most recently received data, decoded • Firmware query (V2) • Named presets and save/load as .syx files • Undo protection against accidental overwrites • Universal for macOS, iPhone and iPad Note: This app configures the Miditemp FSM.
