Delete your account or data
Use this form to ask SHYGUY LLC to delete your account, or any data we hold about you, for any of our apps. We confirm by email and finish within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Any account you have with the app, and everything stored with it on our servers.
- Records that tie you to an affiliate or referral code you entered. For LEO, we ask our affiliate provider, Insert Affiliate, to delete the code, device identifier and purchase reference it holds for you.
- Your address on our newsletter list, if you choose Newsletter.
What stays, and why
- Data that only lives on your phone, such as LEO’s hosts, history and cloud credentials. We never receive it. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage, deletes it.
- Purchase records kept by Apple or Google. Their stores hold them, not us; Google Play and the App Store handle refunds and their own records.
- Anything the law requires us to keep, such as sales and tax records, kept only for as long as required.
