Dial in a beat frequency from 0.1 to 60 Hz — delta, theta, alpha, beta and gamma ranges. Fine-tune to the exact pitch you want using the precision fine-tune control. The binaural beat forms naturally between the two ears; use headphones for the full effect. MUSICAL FREQUENCY SELECTION A built-in piano keyboard lets you select your base frequency by note.
